The Department of Defense is expected to award in August the potential 10-year, $10 billion Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure cloud computing contract to Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) or Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN), Bloomberg reported Thursday.
