Paul Wedeking, a technology industry veteran, has joined NTELX as CEO of the Tysons Corner, Va.-based decision management and analytics services provider.
He succeeds Rob Quartel, who transitioned to a new role as executive chairman of the board at NTELX, the company said Monday.
Wedeking previously held senior leadership roles at IBM (NYSE: IBM), AT&T (NYSE: T), A.T. Kearney and Blue Ridge Partners.

Quartel said Wedeking has worked with the company since the soft-launch of its IDMX digital assessment platform last summer.
We made the decision last year to change the strategic direction of the company and move from developing and implementing decision management solutions primarily for governmental clients to productizing our technology for the commercial market,” Quartel added.
