Wilson Wang, former head of Mitre‘s enterprise transformation office, has been named a vice president and chief financial officer at the nonprofit research company.
Mitre said Wednesday Wang will oversee business management and transformation efforts such as a multiyear initiative to update and integrate business systems across the organization.
He joined the company in 2009 and previously oversaw its corporate development, enterprise strategic analytics and business transformation departments.
Before that, he served as head of finance and assistant treasurer and led the formation of the nonprofit firm’s enterprise team that provide analytics and decision support services.
Wang also worked at Computer Sciences Corp., BearingPoint and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT).
