ECS has secured a prime spot on a potential five-year, $3B contract to provide professional and technical services for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration™s National Marine Fisheries Service.
œAs a prime contractor on ProTech Fisheries Domain, we are proud to lead a strong team including some of the nation™s leading scientists and technical experts in the areas of marine and aquatic research, George Wilson, president of ECS, said in a statement published Thursday.
ProTech Fisheries Domain is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that has a two-year base term and three option years.
The IDIQ contract seeks to provide a network of technical experts, scientists and consultants to help NOAA Fisheries protect seafood sources, manage sustainable fisheries and ecosystems as well as conserve and recover protected resources.
ECS will provide services such as applied research, operation, engineering, development and consulting; data collection, field sampling and surveys; and project management, scientific, financial management and communications support.
