The U.S. Army has awarded a nine-month, $385 million contract modification to a Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) subsidiary to help the military branch operate its facilities in Kuwait.
The Army Contracting Command has obligated $43.9 million in fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award, the Defense Departmentsaid Monday.
Vectrus Systemswill perform contract work at Camp Arifjan through Dec. 28.
The company received a separate five-year, $108 million contract last month to support Army food service operations in Kuwait.
