Bradley Feldmann
Bradley Feldmann, president and CEO of Cubic (NYSE: CUB) since July 2014, has been named chairman of the San Diego-based company’s board of directors.
Cubic said Monday Feldmann succeeds Walter C. Zable, who held the board chairman role for the past five years.
As president and CEO, Feldmann leads Cubic’s efforts to grow its defense and transportation businesses as well as offerings in the command, control, communications, computers intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance market.
He was named to the dual-role in July 2014 and began serving on the board of directors in May 2014.
Feldmann also previously served as chief operating officer of the company and led the defense systems segment as president.
