Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) has received a potential $333.4 million foreign military sales contract from the U.S. Air Force to continue to provide operations and maintenance support services for a surveillance program.
The Defense Departmentsaid Friday the follow-on sustainment package will include contractor logistics support, engineering and technical updates meant to help address equipment obsolescence, transportation and material costs related to spares and repair parts, training equipment and other program support elements.
Work also covers government and contractor engineering as well as technical documentation for personnel training.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is the contracting activity to the FMS transaction.
