TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 14, 2017 A joint survey by Deloitte and Government Business Council has found that cloud is key to the work of a majority of the 536 federal employees from over 29 defense and federal agencies included in the poll, ExecutiveGov reported Wednesday.
The professional services firm said Tuesday more than 69 percent of respondents indicated cloud access is a requirement to perform “successful” work, and more than 41 percent saw progress in their agency’s migration to the cloud — with cost savings, organization efficiency and data sharing as the top reasons for the move.
