Paul Christman, formerly vice president of federal sales at Quest Software, has been appointed to the same position at information security software company BeyondTrust.
BeyondTrust said Monday Christman will oversee sales and marketing of software and service offerings intended to help federal and civilian agencies address user-based risks.
He will also lead the company’s efforts to assist customer agencies and defense contractors in determining asset vulnerabilities that may be prone to cyber attacks.
“Paul’s expertise will help our public sector customers understand how BeyondTrust can help address the myriad of federal legislation and guidance needed to be successful and protect their networks,” said Brendan Evers, senior SVP of Americas sales at BeyondTrust.
Christman previously held state and local government-focused positions at Veritas Software, Metiom, Microsoft (NYSE: MSFT) and Lotus.
