Enlightenment Capital has invested in CyberCore Technologies in an effort to help the Elkridge, Maryland-based information communication technology platforms and services contractor execute its growth strategy to pursue new opportunities and broaden its capabilities.
Tina Kuhn, CyberCore president and CEO, said in a statement published Wednesday the company will use Enlightenment Capitals strategic investment and sector expertise to continue service delivery efforts and support its growth objectives.
Established in 2000, CyberCore is a portfolio company of Moelis Capital Partners and provides supply chain management platforms and technical services to commercial and national security agency customers.
Washington, D.C. area-based Enlightenment Capital also made a strategic investment in Waltham, Massachusetts-based professional services contractor Cadmus Group in early September seven months after it provided financing support to Ashburn, Virginia-based IT security firm Telos to help the latter expand its portfolio of cybersecurity offerings into new markets.
