Greg McCaffrey
Greg McCaffrey, a business development professional, has joined BayFirst Solutions as senior director of development.
BayFirst said Thursday McCaffrey has years of experience in business development and thought leadership across several Fortune 500 and Inc 500 companies as well as small businesses and startups.
“Greg brings more than 25 years of management consulting experience, delivery, and business development in both the public and private sectors,” said Kevin Gooch, CEO at BayFirst Solutions.
Gooch added he anticipates the appointment to work in line with the company’s development plan.
McCaffrey previously led consultancy services for KPMG and Perot Systems.
He also served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years in both active-duty and reserve roles, which included support for economic programs in Central America.
He is a graduate of political science at the University of Massachusetts – Lowell and completed graduate as well as post-graduate work on government contracting and program management at the Air Force Air War College and the Air Force Institute of Technology.
