TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 25, 2017 ” Boeing (NYSE: BA) is scheduled to conduct next year an uncrewed test flight of its CST-100 Starliner space vehicle in June followed by a manned test flight two months later under the company’s Commercial Crew Transportation Capability contract with NASA, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
Space News reported Friday that Chris Ferguson, director of Starliner crew and mission systems at Boeing, told attendees of the 2017 International Space Station Research and Development Conference that the company eyes a flight test program that would span from June through December of 2018 and culminate in NASA certification.
