Hologic (Nasdaq: HOLX) has won a potential 10-year, $721.1 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to supply radiology systems, accessories and training services to U.S. military branches and federal civilian agencies.
DLA received 27 offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a competitive acquisition process, the Defense Departmentsaid Thursday.
The agency will fund contractor work with defense working capital funds from fiscal 2017 through fiscal 2022.
DoD noted the contract has a five-year base period that will run through April 5, 2022, and a five-year option period.
