TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 2, 2017 Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) will deploy the Salesforce Service Cloud at the Agriculture Department‘s Farm Service Agency to support a program that seeks to provide agency customers access to opportunities with USDA external partners, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The company said Wednesday its cloud platform will facilitate knowledge sharing between FSA employees and county offices to inform customers on local and regional initiatives that could grow their farming and ranching operations as part of the Bridges to Opportunity program.
