Stephen Seay, John Horvath, Richard Boggs Join Quantum3D Govt Systems’ Board of Directors


b-w-world-peopleStephen Seay, a retired U.S. Army general, and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) veterans John Horvath and Richard Boggs have joined the board of directors at simulation and training services contractor Quantum3D Government Systems.

Quantum3D Government Systems said Monday that Seay,  Horvath and Boggs will support the company’s efforts to expand its government-related services business.

Seay served for more than three decades in the Army and worked as program executive officer for the service branch’s simulation, training and instrumentation office.

He also incorporated Seay Business Solutions and currently serves as senior adviser at Talon Simulations.

Horvath, a 35-year simulation and training industry veteran, most recently served as senior business development manager at Lockheed.

Boggs previously held the roles of senior fellow,  chief engineer for the Joint Strike Fighter training system and project engineer for the Army’s Close Combat Tactical Trainer at Lockheed’s global training and logistics division.

Orlando, Florida-based Quantum3D Government Systems offers training platforms to government customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
