AChenega Corp.subsidiary has been awarded a potential five-year, $146.3 million contract to provide security, emergency management and protective services to NASA‘s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
Chenega Infinity will help NASA manage physical security systems, access procedures, 911 dispatch activities and firefighting, aircraft rescue and life support operations at KSC, the space agency said Friday.
Work under the small business set-aside contract is scheduled to commence Oct. 1.
Chenega Infinity, established in April 2015 under Chenega Corp.’s Virginia-based security strategic business, offers protective and professional locksmith services to the government sector.
