Location of work includes Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Stennis Space Center as well as Vicksburg in Mississippi and Lorton and McLean in Virginia, DoD added.
The contract is incrementally funded and the Army obligated $878, 688 from its fiscal 2016 research, development, testing and evaluation funds at the time of the award.
The Army received three bids for the contract via the Internet.
