Parsons has won a five-year, $63.2 million contract with options to support the Missile Defense Agency‘s warfighter strategic integration directorate in the deployment and integration of missile defense capabilities into the military services.
The Defense Departmentsaid Thursday Parsons will provide planning, operations, life-cycle and performance management, readiness, maintenance, transition, program and strategic support services for combatant command priorities.
The contract contains options for TEAMS warfighter integration support and covers requirements for the operational elements of the ballistic missile defense system, Aegis BMD, ground-based midcourse defense and sensors, DoD added.
Parsons will perform work in Alabama, Virginia, Colorado, Alaska and California through June 2021.
