The Defense Departmentsaid Friday the award exercises a contract option for 48 full-rate production Lot 13 of the AN/ALQ-214 integrated defensive electronic countermeasures from Exelis.
The Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) subsidiary will build the systems in New Jersey, New Hampshire, various locations in California and other sites within the U.S. through December 2018.
