The Department of Defense said Tuesday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers the identification, collection, distribution and analysis of critical test data that will be used to evaluate new and enhanced capabilities. These advanced missile defense system technologies will be leveraged to support warfighter fielding decisions.
A $100,000 task order has been issued for work to be rendered by i3 in Huntsville, Alabama, and Colorado Springs, Colorado. The base ordering period runs from June 10, 2025, to June 9, 2030. The competitively awarded contract includes five one-year options, which, if all are exercised, extend through June 9, 2035.
The award resulted from a competitive procurement process on SAM.gov, which drew 14 proposals. MDA will allocate $100,000 from fiscal 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation funds.
