DLA Awards 6 Spots on $5B Virginia-Class Submarine Weapons Systems IDIQ

The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded six companies positions on a $5 billion contract to provide integrated weapons systems equipment and services for Virginia-class submarines and active surface ships.

The Department of Defense said Friday DLA Land and Maritime launched a competitive acquisition process and received nine offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The awardees are:

  • ASRC Federal
  • Atlantic Diving Supply
  • Culmen International
  • Fairwinds Technologies
  • S&K Aerospace
  • SupplyCore

Contract Terms

The firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract seeks to accelerate the procurement process for high-priority requirements to ensure the timely delivery of key resources to submarines and surface ships. It has a base term of five years and five one-year option periods and will support the U.S. Navy, DLA, DOD and federal civilian agencies.

Work will occur within and outside the continental U.S. through March 30, 2029.

DLA will appropriate Navy working capital funds from fiscal year 2025 through FY 2029.
