CACI Awarded $143M Navy Delivery Order Under Spectral IDIQ Contract

CACI International has secured a $143 million delivery order from the U.S. Navy to provide spectral enabling kits designed to deliver electronic warfighting capabilities to the military branch’s Shipboard Information Warfare Exploit system.

“With this latest award, we continue to iterate toward the next-gen future state, by accelerating the Navy’s objective to rapidly and efficiently deploy mission-critical EW capabilities to sailors around the globe,” John Mengucci, president and CEO of CACI, said in a statement published Wednesday.

Mengucci, a 2025 Wash100 awardee, noted that the enabling kits will provide the Navy with immediate capability to address new, existing and emerging threats to the surface fleet in a highly contested environment.

“They also make it increasingly clear that the Navy intends to fully realize the value and potential of its comprehensive, multi-domain Spectral mission and vision,” the chief executive added.

The company said the firm-fixed-price order was awarded under the $1.2 billion Spectral contract with Naval Information Warfare Systems Command.

In June 2023, CACI received the Spectral indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to build and deploy generation shipboard signals intelligence, information operations and electronic warfare systems for the Navy’s tactical mission operations.

“Today’s threats are evolving at a rapid pace. Our innovative, software-defined solutions—which are open, modular, and scalable—empower our Navy to command dominance across every domain,” Mengucci stated.
