CACI Secures $1.2B Navy Spectral IDIQ Contract; Todd Probert Quoted

CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has received a potential seven-year, $1.2 billion contract to build and field next-generation shipboard signals intelligence, information operations and electronic warfare systems for the U.S. Navy’s tactical mission operations.

The company said Wednesday its team will apply an open architecture approach to provide Naval Information Warfare Systems Command with tools intended to support the decision-making process under the Spectral indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

Todd Probert, president of national security and innovative solutions at CACI and a two-time Wash100 awardee, said the company will utilize its decades of software experience, Agile software development and DevSecOps to merge SIGINT, EW and cyber into a scalable, distributed and networked warfighting capabilities designed to counter evolving threats.

CACI will also use its capabilities in electromagnetic spectrum to support the deployment of SIGINT and EW systems under the single-award IDIQ contract.
