Applied Solutions Logistics Wins $114M DLA Warehousing Support Contract

The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded Applied Solutions Logistics a five-year, $114 million contract to provide warehousing and operations support services.

The Department of Defense said Friday the DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, launched a competitive acquisition process and received four bids for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

Contract Details

The Kansas City, Missouri-based company will perform work in North Carolina through the end of April 2030.

DLA will use defense working capital appropriations for fiscal year 2025 through FY 2030 to fund the hybrid firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursement IDIQ contract.

What Does DLA Distribution Do?

DLA Distribution serves as DOD’s joint storage and distribution provider. It has over 9,200 civilian, military and contracted employees providing supply chain solutions and support to U.S. military and federal agencies.

The office receives, issues, stores and distributes material critical to achieving warfighter readiness and lethality.
