Jacobs has been awarded a contract valued at $249 million by the Omaha District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide architecture and engineering services to USACE’s Northwestern Division.
The company said Thursday the multiple award task order contract aims to support environmental and facilities design projects that promote cleaner and more resilient communities throughout the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and outlying areas.
Contract Scope
Under the contract, Jacobs will provide the design and specialized environmental services, including comprehensive environmental response, environmental compliance, Compensation and Liability Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act studies, National Environmental Policy Act documentation and services during remedial construction.
The five-year contract started on Oct. 1 and comes with a two-year extension for task orders. Jacobs previously won 15 selections and contract awards from the USACE in 2024, with a total value of $2 billion.
Susannah Kerr, senior vice president of Jacobs, stated, “Under this new contract, Jacobs continues to support the mission of the Omaha District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and will provide comprehensive environmentally responsive solutions to meet client goals.”
