ManTech Business to Participate in DHA’s $166M LogiCole Software Contract

The Defense Health Agency awarded ManTech‘s Advanced Systems subsidiary a $166 million contract to support the LogiCole medical supply chain management system.

The contract is part of the General Services Administration Alliant 2 vehicle focused on software lifecycle services, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

LogiCole is a consolidation of DOD’s legacy medical logistics applications and is compatible with the federal electronic health record. The new system includes a comprehensive product catalog database and features tools for managing health care facilities, shelf life extension and capital equipment request and approval.

ManTech Advanced Systems will assist in the full rationalization of LogiCole until August 2027, and help transition legacy systems until January 2029. The contract also has four performance options of 12 months each.

The agency is obligating $33 million in operations and maintenance funds at the time of the award. The contracting activity is the Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity in Detrick, Maryland, where the project will take place.
