Orstell Barnett, a more than 30-year business development executive, has been appointed vice president of growth for the federal health sector at McLean, Virginia-based digital transformation services provider DMI.
In this capacity, he will oversee strategic growth initiatives and expand DMI’s presence in the federal health sector, the company said Tuesday.
