Mitch Stevison Named Frontgrade Technologies President, CEO

Mitch Stevison, a government contracting industry veteran, has joined Frontgrade Technologies as president and CEO.

He succeeds Mike Elias at the helm of Frontgrade and comes to the Colorado Springs, Colorado-based company from Mercury Systems (Nasdaq: MRCY), where he served as an executive vice president and president of the mission systems division.

In a statement published Wednesday, Stevison said he will continue to continue to broaden the company’s presence with existing clients in the defense, space, medical and industrial ecosystems, build up its client base and expand product offerings.

He held strategy, operations and program management roles at the former Raytheon company, Ducommun (NYSE: DCO) and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT).

Stevison is a two-decade U.S. Army veteran who held research-related positions during his military career.

Frontgrade Technologies provides radiation-hardened components, high-power radio frequency amplifier modules and subsystems, antennas, motion control systems, power management systems and other mission-critical electronics for defense, intelligence, civil and commercial applications.
