Ray Williams, formerly a vice president and general manager at Maxar Technologies (NYSE: MAXR), has been named executive VP at iNovex, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
He will oversee the integration of operations and systems from iNovex’s acquired businesses and assist with strategy, growth and operations, the software development company said Tuesday.
Before joining iNovex, Williams worked within Maxar’s intelligence and combatant command business unit for five years.
His over two-decade industry career includes leadership roles at Peraton, Engility, SE Solutions and Multimax.
Gary Daigle, CEO and co-founder of iNovex, said Williams’ leadership expertise will enable the company to help address mission-critical national security requirements.
Columbia, Maryland-based iNovex offers software development support in data analytics, cybersecurity, signals intelligence and robotic process automation.
