The General Services Administration has moved to Sept. 22 the deadline for submission of proposals for the unrestricted version of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus contract in response to feedback from industry partners.
GSA originally set a Sept. 13 deadline for offers for the OASIS+ Unrestricted vehicle, which covers the acquisition of complex non-information technology services from the private sector, according to an updated solicitation notice published Tuesday.
The agency also made revisions to several sections of the request for proposals for OASIS+ Unrestricted, including clarification to the process for claiming experience performed as a member of a joint venture, additional methods for companies to demonstrate past performance when Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System information does not exist and updated instructions for the cost/price template.
In June, GSA issued the final RFPs for OASIS+ Unrestricted and small business set-aside tracks.
OASIS+ Unrestricted covers eight performance areas or domains: management and advisory; technical and engineering; research and development; intelligence services; enterprise solutions; environmental services; facilities; and logistics.
In late August, the agency extended the OASIS Unrestricted vehicle’s period of performance from Sept. 2, 2024, to March 1, 2025, to support contracting officers looking to meet mission-critical requirements.
