The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract entails technical and engineering support to the Alteration Installation Team under the Navy Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division in California, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Chesapeake, Virginia-based Prism will perform work at shore sites, land-based test facilities, shipyards and aboard ships in port or at sea. Specific locations will be identified as each delivery or task order is issued.
An initial $10,000 from the service branch’s fiscal 2023 other procurement funds will be obligated at the time of award. If all options are exercised, the potential maximum dollar value could be reached and contract work could run through October 2027.
