The segment he will lead is composed of Aero Design & Manufacturing, B&E Precision Aircraft Components and Tell Tool.

Ransley previously held an 11-year career at Howmet Aerospace in vice president and general manager positions, and he also served in various roles at Chromalloy Gas Turbine, Precision Castparts, United Technologies Corp., Booz Allen Hamilton and General Electric Aircraft Engines.

Anaheim, California-based Cadence operates as a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners and maintains centers of excellence within the U.S. and Mexico.
