B3 Hires Navy Vet Lionel Vigue to Lead Cybersecurity Practice

Lionel “Lee” Vigue, a three-decade U.S. Navy veteran, has joined B3 Group as lead for the information technology consulting firm’s cybersecurity practice.

Vigue most recently served as cybersecurity solutions branch chief at the Navy and brings 20 years of government IT experience at the federal and state levels to his new position, B3 Group said Friday.

His career includes time as chief information security officer of California’s Legislative Data Center, coalition integration officer and network manager at U.S. European Command and information security officer for the Federal Aviation Administration’s Enhanced Traffic Management System.

He holds professional designations as Certified Information Systems Security Professional and Certified Information Security Manager.
