Prior to Honeywell, he served as vice president of the international business at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) from February 2016 to July 2016.
Bendza also worked as senior director of Northrop’s corporate financial planning and analysis, investment banking executive director at Nomura Securities International and a vice president Morgan Stanley.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and his master’s degree in finance and economics from Columbia Business School.
