Air Force Awards $950M IDIQ to 22 Contractors for ISR Tech Delivery to FMS Customers

The U.S. Air Force has awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts worth $950 million in combined value to 22 companies to procure intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance equipment and services in support of U.S. customers under the Foreign Military Sales program.

The Department of Defense said Thursday recipients of the multiple-award contracts will help FMS clients integrate ISR sensors into non-standard aircraft, and provide them with engineering assessment and contractor logistics support.

The IDIQ includes a firm-fixed-price task order and has an expected completion date of May 31, 2031.

The companies will work at their respective facilities and various FMS customer locations.

USAF is obligating $22,000 from fiscal 2021 FMS administrative funds to each contractor at the time of the award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio held a competitive acquisition for the IDIQ and received 22 responses.
