SAIC Receives $3.6B Contract for Army Embedded System Test Support; Gabe Camarillo Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 23, 2021 — Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and its small business partners will provide embedded system testing support under a potential $3.6 billion contract from the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, ExecutiveBiz reported April 7.

Contract work includes life cycle engineering services in support of hardware-in-the-loop simulation and modeling processes at DEVCOM Aviation and Missile Center’s software, simulation, systems engineering and integration directorate.

Gabe Camarillo, senior vice president of SAIC’s Army business unit, said the company and its industry team will work in Huntsville, Alabama, to further support the aviation modernization efforts of the service branch.
