Jacobs-B&V JV Secures $85M Navy IDIQ for Architect-Engineer Services

A joint venture between Jacobs (NYSE: J) and Black & Veatch has won a potential five-year, $85M contract to provide architectural and engineering support to military construction projects within Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Hawaii area of responsibility.

The JV will perform technical surveys, design-bid-build documents, comprehensive interior design, equipment deliveries and post-award construction services, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command received four proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and obligated $10K at the time of award.

Work will take place through June 2025.
