Dewberry has been awarded a potential five-year contract by the Department of Justice’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to provide architectural, engineering and planning services for the National Capital Region and other locations within the continental U.S., the company announced on Tuesday.
“We’re thrilled to provide these critical AEP services to the FBI,†says Dewberry Vice President Joseph Wells, AIA, NCARB. “The FBI provides services that are imperative to the safety and well-being of our country, and we’re honored to support them in this effort.â€
The AEP services may include program development and consultation, schematic and concept design, preparation of design-build request for proposal documents, preparation of geotechnical investigations, design development, construction documents, preparation of construction cost estimates, construction phase support, third-party commissioning, construction management services claims assistance, on-site support services, and technical, environmental and facility condition assessments.
