TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 15, 2018 — Peraton has unveiled its expanded and updated facility in Calgary that will work to provide lifecycle supply chain management support services for the Canadian military’s CF-18 fighter aircraft fleet, ExecutiveBiz reported Sept. 27.

The expansion of the 76K-square-foot Canadian logistics hub includes the addition of an engineering laboratory to house operational design and development in an effort to build on Peraton’s market position in the support of fighter platforms and programs, the company said Sept. 25.

Gus Bontzos, president of the defense and electronic warfare sector at Peraton, said the company is prepared to scale to help in Canada’s future fighter program and is working to drive local enterprise development through its network of small and midsize supplier partners in the country.
