Adam Rudo

Adam Rudo, a 13-year veteran of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), has joined ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) as senior vice president and general manager of the Herndon, Va.-based company’s security solutions business.

He will oversee the unit’s work with the U.S. intelligence community and succeeds Paul Gentile, who will remain with ManTech to assist in the transition before he retires on Jan. 4, the company said Thursday.

Rick Wagner, president of ManTech’s mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group, said Rudo brings leadership, customer and technical experience in the information technology and mission support areas to his new position.

Rudo most recently served as a senior vice president within General Dynamics’ information technology segment and previously held a nearly 12-year career at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree in computer engineering from Villanova University.
