TYSONS CORNER, VA, August 10, 2018 — ECS Federal has secured a position to compete for information technology support work with federal customers under the General Services Administration‘s potential $50 billion Alliant 2 governmentwide acquisition contract, ExecutiveBiz reported July 27.

The company said July 26 it is one of 61 contractors selected for the multi-award vehicle, in which the unrestricted pool has a scope of work that includes agile development, big data, biometrics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data center consolidation and other IT services.

“The Alliant 2 award is an important achievement, strengthening our position and providing access to new opportunities to serve the Department of Defense as well as our federal civilian customers,” said George Wilson, ECS president and a 2018 Wash100 awardee.
