Serco Receives Cogswell Award for Industrial Security Practices; Dave Dacquino Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 14, 2018 — The Defense Security Service has given Serco Group‘s North American subsidiary the 2018 James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Achievement Award in recognition of the firm’s security practices at its offices in Virginia and Colorado, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company said June 7 Serco Inc. is one of 39 defense companies that DSS selected out of 13,300 for the award, which marks the third time the subsidiary has received it.

“Our teams across the business recognize that national security impacts the safety of our warfighters and our nation,” said Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO of Serco Inc.
