Northrop Adds Operational Area for Manned Aircraft Production at Mississippi Plant

TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 27, 2018 — Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has expanded its aerospace manufacturing facility in Moss Point, Miss., with a new operational area to house work on manned aircraft in addition to the autonomous systems production the site originally hosted, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The company said Monday the plant expansion serves to diversify its portfolio as well as generate new jobs in the Gulf Coast region just two years after it celebrated its 10th anniversary at the site.
