Boeing’s HorizonX Ventures Invests in UAS Flight Mgmt Software Developer Kittyhawk


TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 8, 2018 — Boeing’s (NYSE: BA) venture capital arm has invested in Kittyhawk to support the development of the San Francisco-based startup’s mobile applications and enterprise software offerings, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

Boeing said Wednesday HorizonX Ventures joined Bonfire Ventures and Freestyle Capital in a seed funding round meant for the Kittyhawk-built technology that works to integrate and manage flight operations of unmanned aircraft systems through a single platform.
