TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 30, 2018 ” The Illinois chapter of the American Public Works Association has given its 2018 Public Works Project of the Year Award, under the category for transportation projects worth more than $75 million, to Parsons for its work to replace the U.S. 52 bridge that connected Savanna, Ill., and Sabula, Iowa, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The Pasadena, Calif.-based company said Thursday it carried out engineering and lead design services; structural, environmental and roadway studies; coordination of community involvement; and railroad alignment for the Illinois transportation department in support of the Dale Gardner Veterans Memorial Bridge project.
