Jacobs to Support USACE-AFRICOM Infrastructure Projects in Africa

TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 5, 2018Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC) has secured a contract to provide architectural and engineering consulting services to U.S. Africa Command in support of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Europe District infrastructure projects across Africa, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company said Tuesday it will aid in the development, design, assessment and monitoring of projects in areas such as water resource management, transportation, energy and industrial facilities, with the contract’s first task order focused on a power distribution system in Ghana.
