TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 2, 2018 Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) has received Authority to Operate certifications from the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for its Azure Government cloud platform based on compliance with government standards, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
Tom Keane, a general manager at Microsoft, wrote in a blog post published Jan. 24 that Azure Government achieved a Defense Department Impact Level 4 ATO under the Common Computing Environment program as well as a FedRAMP High ATO under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
