Wesley Blankinship, formerly a senior vice president of Belcan‘s government services business, has joined Systems Planning and Analysis as vice president of emerging markets and advanced technologies at the Alexandria, Virginia-based contractor.
SPA said Blankinship brings to the company his previous experience in professional services and business capture support delivery to government clients such as the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Energy, Health and Human Services, State and the National Security Agency.

Blankinship previously held various positions at Schafer that included project management support specialist; senior program manager; and general manager of scientific, engineering and technical assistant support for homeland security and civil clients.
He also served as senior VP of Schafer’s national security solutions unit focused on technical advisory services.
