Fulcrum Hires New Business Development Director; Jeff Handy Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 28, 2017 — Fulcrum has appointed Alisha Poland, a business operations and capture management professional, as director of business development for civilian and federal programs, GovCon Executive reported Friday.

The company said Thursday Poland brings experience from her previous work with the Defense Department, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
