Maximus Named Regional Employer of the Year by Texas Workforce Commission; Tom Romeo Comments


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 21, 2016 — Texas Workforce Commission has named Maximus (NYSE: MMS) as a regional Employer of the Year for 2016, GovCon Executive reported Thursday.

The company said Dec. 14 it received the award for its efforts to hire and retain persons with disabilities and its project with Texas Workforce Commission’s Texas Workforce Solution – Vocational Rehabilitation Services division that sought to train and recruit handicapped individuals.
